Financiers

The basic research goal of the proposed project is the development of new, efficient and accurate methods for solving the problems of non-negative matrix factorization and their application on real, complex biomedical data. The ultimate goal is to help answer fundamental biomedical questions from precision medicine: stratification of patients, discovery of biomarkers, and use of drugs for new purposes.
